Shipping and order tracking

Web shop orders are processed on every working day and your order will be shipped 1-3 days after the order has been made and you have received an order confirmation. Domestic orders are sent via Posti (www.posti.fi) and international orders via DHL Express (www.dhl.com). The estimated delivery time is 3-12 days to all orders, depending on your location.

The shipping rates at Klaus Haapaniemi & Co. are calculated using estimate weights and sizes of ordered items and include a handling fee for packaging. You can see the exact shipping cost at the checkout.

When your order has been shipped, an automated email will be sent to confirm parcel tracking number. The delivery can then be followed on the carrier’s website.

If the parcel is for some reason not collected or the delivery is not accepted, Klaus Haapaniemi & Co. has right to deduct extra handling costs from the item refund.

Taxes and duties

The web shop klaush.com operates from Finland and prices online are inclusive of customer’s local VAT for EU customers. For non-EU customers the web shop prices are exclusive of VAT and the necessary taxes and duties are collected by DHL Express upon arrival of the package. Paying the additional fees of the non-EU orders is the customer's responsibility, also reclaiming any extra payments in case of a return.

Returns

At Klaus Haapaniemi Co., we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. To that end, we offer flexible shipping and returns options to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you for any reason wish to make an exchange or return, please follow the instructions below.

Exchanges

To change the size or colour of your ordered item, simply return what you don't wish to keep and place a new order for the new item. Shipping costs of the new order will be refunded to you.

14-Day Return Policy and Free Returns

After you have received your order from delivery, you have 14 days time to make a return. We offer free returns for all orders, but please note that the items need to be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging in order for you to receive a full refund.

How to return?

First, please contact orders@klaush.com so we know to expect your return. Pack the item or items with care and use the original packaging whenever possible. Please include your packing slip in the parcel or write your name and order number on a piece of paper for identification.

Returns in Finland

Domestic returns are handled by Posti and the customer return code is 655780 (MK House Group Oy). Just write the number on the parcel and leave it to the nearest Posti customer service point for delivery. Please save the receipt until the parcel has returned to us.

The returns can also be dropped to our Helsinki Store at Kämp Galleria with your name and order number.

International returns

Our partner with international deliveries is DHL Express and we will email you a ready to use return label as a pdf file after you have contacted us about the return. Just print the label, attach it on the parcel and order a DHL Express courier when it best suits you. Make sure to remove or hide the original shipping label while using original packaging for return. Please note that for non-EU orders reclaiming paid taxes and duties is the customers responsibility.

The item costs will be refunded to your original payment method when the package has returned to us and we have confirmed that the item is in saleable condition. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost return

If the returned item is lost during shipping and the customer doesn't have a proof of shipment, Klaus Haapaniemi & Co. is not obligated to make a refund.

Complaints

If the item you received was in any way faulty, we will exchange it for you free of charge. In the event that the order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item condition as soon as possible for evaluation.
