Prices shown on our site are in GBP Pound Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (20%). If the order is made outside EU the VAT is excluded and the correct total is shown in checkout. Please verify the details of your order and your shipping information before submission. Cancellations will not be accepted. We accept online payment in a secure environment through PayPal or by credit cards. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication. Unfortunately we do not accept payment by credit card at this moment.

When you have completed your order, you will receive an automated e-mail to confirm details of your purchase. If we need any additional information from you to complete your order we will contact you in 1-2 working days. The KLAUS HAAPANIEMI & Co. site is updated regularly to ensure our stock quantities are accurate, however as our products are limited editions and are high in demand irregularities can occur. If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you within 48 hours to inform you and refund your payment. Your package should arrive within 2-5 days for UK customers, 3-7 days for European customers or 7-10 days for International customers after your order was placed.


Our shipping rates are calculated based on the estimated weight and size of the items, and includes a handling fee for packaging. We use services from ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR for both domestic and international shipping.
For all shipping inside the UK we use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for Recorded Post. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 days.
For all European & International purchases we will use Royal Mail Recoded service for packages up to 2 kg. This service requires a signature on delivery. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 days for Europe, and 3-6 days for Rest of the World. 
For rugs and other bigger orders we use UPS.

Returns and exchanges

f you are unhappy with our products in any way, it can be returned or exchanged provided that it is in saleable condition.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred via Paypal. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund items need to be returned and reach us within 7 days of being received by you. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you.We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
